The Morgan Resort Spa & Village Simpson Bay, Simpson Bay

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room overlooked the pool and had a full kitchen and stove, which was convenient. However, the room I received at 6pm was dirty, and my view was facing the airport runway, making it quite noisy. The service was a bit disorganized during check-in, especially at peak times, though the staff was familiar except for one individual. The location next to Maho beach was interesting for plane spotting but felt somewhat seedy in parts of the area. The dining experience, while included, was understaffed and lacked variety. The facilities were good overall.

I loved staying at this hotel! The rooms overlooked the beautiful pool area with a stunning view of the sea until 5 pm. They were spotlessly clean, but be sure to bring some socks as the tiles can get chilly with the AC on. The service was fantastic with friendly, helpful, and professional staff, although I did hear some concerns about the owner and missing funds. The location is superb, right next to Maho beach and the old Caravanserai resort, although ongoing renovations were a slight downside. The dining was included, and while tasty, it felt a bit understaffed. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
